COMEP has always implemented a technical training policy to improve and gain new insights from the perspective of continuous improvement.

The operating team consist of a mix of skilled workers with years of experience in the railway sector and young people properly trained to work in the industry.
COMEP has about 35 units spanning from technical, to administrative and operational area. The company to meet new contracts considers the possibility of using different forms of contract that can best merge the different needs.
